Hey guys, Joel here. I'm quite a busy finance professional, so often on the road and out late. All leads to a bit of an unbalanced lifestyle. So I'd be here in this group to get a bit of motivation, a community to help, and then some simple ways to do yoga/Pranayama.
Aims from this in my life are being a little more grounded, more flexible (mentally and physically) and more present.
