🤩 I’ve been avoiding video for more than a year because I didn’t like how I looked on camera and I was fearful of being judged.
✅Today I stopped sitting on the sidelines and recorded anyway — twice! 😂
😇 The second recording was in my car, where I felt more relaxed and more like myself.
👉 My lesson: sometimes implementation isn’t learning one more thing. It’s finally doing the thing fear has kept you from doing.
