Tracking Clients Revenue- Brick and Mortar Store

Hey everyone! I am wondering how do you track your clients revenue? My clients do no use shopify or an ecommerce platform for sales, and I am having an issue with tracking their revenue.

We offer lead gen for clients, but they are getting more calls and visits to their stores, but about 10% of them, if they cannot attribute sales to our leads, think that our marketing is not working and drop us.

If they would look at their revenue though, they would see that it is increasing, and would prevent them from dropping us. How are you guys tracking clients revenue?
