Quick observation from a recent account review
Looking at a Meta ads setup for a high-ticket coaching program in the community. Students were flowing in. Tech stack seemed solid at first glance.
Then we asked a simple question.
Which ads actually drive enrollments?
That's when everything broke down.
We could see who joined the funnel, but once someone enrolled, there was zero visibility on which campaign kicked things off. Everything got messy.
This creates real problems.
  • You don't know what's crushing it
  • You don't know what's bleeding budget
  • You're basically flying blind
The ads weren't the issue. The tracking setup made it impossible to see what was actually moving the needle.
I'm building a custom AI-powered dashboard for the team right now to fix this, and I want to know how you're handling it.
How are you connecting your Meta campaigns to actual enrollments in your business?
Please drop a comment if you've tackled this before. What actually worked? What was a waste of time?
