Hey, I’m Andreas. And yes, I’m a man. So, let’s talk about that right out of the gate. I didn’t build this community to “fix” women. I built it because the system is broken, and I’ve spent two decades watching brilliant, capable women shrink themselves in order to survive it. This isn’t a space where I’m here to teach you how to be a woman in leadership. I could never do that.
