I run a dairy farm in Slovenia. In last years I went from victim mode being constantly stressed, overwhelmed, overweight, not present husband and parent, total people pleaser to be a responsable CEO, leading a team of ten employees, being a present husband, strong leader and in the best shape of my life.
In last year I made a 600.000 € of revenue, this year going to a million.
My life is determined by my business that runs 365/7 without a possibility to stop. Animals just need care. From working 16 hours 6 days a week shifts to 10 hours was a hard but learning journey. Now my wife is proud of me, she is more open to me, releasing her masculine energy because I am taking over it and she can soften now. It is the most rewarding part. And - people have an illussion that for thriving business you must sacrifise your life. No bigger bullshit. Let's build something meaningful - personal and business!
