Gwen Sandou's fun glazing idea
I pulled this piece out of the kiln yesterday that I had glazed inspired by Gwen's idea of 3 glazes of consecutive numbers. Thankfully this piece survived my huge oops on camera! On the bowl was attacked by my phone! Lol. I don't remember the numbers but the glazes are as follows:
Mayco lavender mist
Mayco Norse blue
Mayco sand and sea
I also added light flux
It turned out kinda pretty! I think it would be great with a darker or contrasting color on the bottom and that dripping goodness on the top!
If you watch my kiln opening I ask that you laugh. Don't feel bad for me. Just take it as it is and laugh because it is just clay and it is funny when you listen to me and see it. Had my husband dying laughing also❤️
