First class homework:
It was great having so many join!!! I’m so excited to be your guide through the nervous system. There’s a lot of ground to cover that’s why we have 9 weeks. Do me a favor and tell your friends. The sooner we have some community around these concepts the sooner we will make progress. 😊
Your homework if you’re willing to accept it is to think about your story, your body, mind, and spirit, and your emotions. Map them out. Write it down or you can look at this image to guide you. Let’s learn the connections and next week we will start unraveling the tissues. Help with that comes from the micronutrients and understanding the myofascial system. You may like to use frankincense oils on your muscle spasms. Here’s the one I use and a list of my vitamins I take. Fish oil 1000mg, multivitamin, vitamin C 500-1000mg, Magnesium 250-500, B-complex, berberine, beet root powder. Every day in the morning, usually on an empty stomach. Sometimes I take more if I feel low energy. Don’t do anything your body says not to do. Take with food if you need to. Or later in the day. I forget unless I take it in the morning and the idea is to give me energy for today and help with yesterday’s waste products. See you next week. Bring your questions!
