New to the group!

Hey everyone! Kaycie here, down in South Florida with my wife and two kids.

I've been investing in real estate for quite a while now and have dipped my toes in just about everything - single family, small multi, large multifamily up to a 376-unit, storage, and mobile home parks. My first three deals were BRRRR, and after each one I swore I was never doing it again 🤣 Somewhere along the way that grew to around 1,126 doors.

These days I'm also part owner of a capital company, so I spend a lot of time on the partnership and financing side of deals, not just the acquisition.

The other thing I'm a little obsessed with right now is AI... how to actually use it as a tool in real estate and in business generally, not just as a buzzword. Always trading notes with people figuring out the same thing.

Mostly I'm here to learn from this group and meet people doing the work.
