Choosing a Personal Day every month
So a while back I decided that the 21st of every month (my bday is March 21) is a personal day where I invest in myself and enjoying the day with no strings attached.
I started looking forward to those days and enjoyed them so much that now I try to find 1-2 days per week that are 'eddie' days.
The surprising results that I am more willing to be productive on the other 5 days.
So it turns out - sometimes choosing you helps you choose everyone you care about too
