As creatives we have a responsibility to be actively searching within ourselves to therefore bring an outward display (poetry, art, music, leadership, kindness, etc) of the journey! This requires work from every angle: self, creativity, business, networking... That's why we are here in the Poetry Business Network.

Don't be reactive and wait for something negative to push you. Be proactive and push yourself at all times... Create an atmosphere that you can excel in, don't let the atmosphere dictate your response!
