A Global Creative Media network | This Is Only the Beginning!
PBN Family, The Poetry Business Network (PBN) is officially launching as a creative media company—one built to reshape how poetry and creativity live in the world. What you are witnessing right now is the foundation of: - A global creative economy - A marketplace for poetry and creativity - A media network rooted in culture - A bridge between artists and industries - A system where poetry is not just expressed—but applied, funded, and valued This is history in the making—and you are early. šŸŽÆ WHY PBN EXISTS For too long, poetry has been powerful but disconnected from infrastructure. PBN exists to change that. This network was built to: - Create real opportunities for creatives - Connect poetry to organizations, causes, and industries - Produce and distribute cultural media - Protect artists and partners through structure - Turn creativity into a professional, respected force This is about building systems where poetry moves through the economy. šŸ—ļø THE THREE PILLARS WE ARE BUILDING ON To launch this vision with clarity and momentum, PBN is centered around three flagship pillars: šŸŽŖ Poet Life Fest Our cultural centerpiece. A live and digital festival experience where poets, creatives, organizations, and causes come together through performances, showcases, activations, and partnerships. šŸŽ„ Poet Life Unscripted Our documentary-style media series. Real stories. Real journeys. Real application. This series documents what it actually looks like to build a life, career, and ecosystem using poetry. šŸŽ™ļø The Monthly Showcase Our consistency engine. Every month, poets and creatives are featured, discovered, and celebrated through themed showcases that keep the network active, visible, and engaged. These pillars allow everyone—across all levels—to participate meaningfully. šŸ‘„ WHO PBN IS FOR PBN is intentionally built to welcome more than just poets. This ecosystem is for: - Poets & spoken word artists - Creative professionals (designers, musicians, filmmakers, storytellers) - Fans & supporters of culture - Students & emerging creatives - Organizations, brands, and institutions - Sponsors, funders, and opportunity providers

šŸŽŖ POET LIFE FEST IS BACK. A POET'S HOMECOMING!
It's no longer just a day in DC... or what became a weekend in Atlanta. It is now a pillar! ...a weeklong Homecoming for poets and people who love and appreciate poetry, community, and the small business community! For those who are new here, Poet Life Fest didn’t just start as an idea—it started as an experience. A little history šŸ‘‡ Poet Life Fest first came to life in Washington, DC (2021) as a bold cultural experiment: What happens when poets, creatives, community, and culture are placed at the center... on purpose? The answer was powerful. That momentum carried to Atlanta (2022), where the Fest grew into something bigger: - More artists - More collaboration - More visibility - More proof that poetry belongs on major stages and in real conversations Poet Life Fest has always been about more than performances. It has always been about creating space where poetry is valued, experienced, and activated. šŸŒ WHY POET LIFE FEST IS RETURNING NOW Poet Life Fest is back because the ecosystem is ready. Today, Poet Life Fest lives inside the Poetry Business Network as one of our core media pillars... meaning: - It’s no longer a one-off moment - It’s part of a larger creative operating system - It connects poets, creatives, organizations, brands, and audiences intentionally Poet Life Fest now represents: - Cultural celebration - Creative opportunity - Media visibility - Marketplace activation - Partnership and sponsorship alignment This is the evolution of the Fest. šŸ‘„ WHO POET LIFE FEST IS FOR Poet Life Fest creates value for everyone involved: - Poets & performers looking for stages, exposure, and opportunity - Creative professionals seeking collaboration and visibility - Fans & supporters who love poetry and culture - Organizations & brands wanting authentic cultural engagement - Sponsors & partners looking to align with creativity and community This is not just attendance. This is participation. šŸ“š WHAT TO DO NEXT We’ve officially added Poet Life Fest to the PBN Classroom.

@Christoph Jenkins Hi! How are you and everyone else on this wondrous Skool community doing? Hope you’re all doing great, if not fantastic. My name is Michael Teferi, I am a BIPOC Poet, Writer, Positive Psychology Coach, and a Debut Poetry Book Author. What drew me here was that I truly want to connect with inspired readers on a global scale worldwide, and I look to inspire readers readily, realize their dreams boldly, and act collectively towards a strong sense of belonging. A fun fact about me is that I am well-rounded, intelligent, and I am a Libra. ā™Žļø. Here’s a short video about myself, who I am what I do, and why I do what I do in the first place! Please let me know your thoughts and opinions about my Introduction with me!
