Headed down to Salem tonight at 6PM — Pace Morby is in town and I grabbed VIP tickets 🎟️🙌
For those who don’t know, Pace is one of the top guys out there teaching creative finance (sub-to, seller financing, novations, all that good stuff). I’ve learned a ton from following his content, and events like this are where you meet the people who are really moving in this business.
