Tools and Techniques

Hi all, curious what everyone uses to track project and team work. At work, we use MS Project, but because of the poor team visibility, we've tried a variety of other tools to help bring a full picture view and assign work. Nothing seems to work well, or has multiple touch points to keep all work in sync across several tools. How do you handle project work assignments along with project tracking. We're 70% waterfall, 20% hybrid, 10% pure agile.
