Internal/External Stakeholders
Hi everyone. New here. While answering a question in one of Andrews mock PMP exams, it made me realize that I am unsure as to when external stakeholders are a better answer than internal stakeholders. I figured that internal is usually the best choice as they are the ones that are more directly affected, no?
