Book cover!
I would love your thoughts on my book cover! This is the third in the series and I added books 1 & 2 so you can see them together. The blurb can be ignored it’s only so I could see what it would look like.
Book cover!
A Rebel
Daylight always arrives, dawn never misses. The longest, evilest, darkest of nights, into lovely mornings turn. It’s a real wonder, how our world shifts, how a single spark is enough to change everything. And it is, it always is. Amazement my soul fills, reminding me to believe when nobody does. To not admit defeat, to be that spark. Struggling, Fighting, Daring, Creating, Dreaming... Rebelling
Upcoming events for me
I turned 30 this year and promised myself it would be all about working on myself and taking opportunities. Now I know better than to let every opportunity find me so I am creating my own and sharing my experiences. I hope in the future my endeavors can help other authors. -book merch presale (t shirts that go with my books) the goal for the sales is to help prep and be ready for 2 book signings next year -affiliate coupon codes. Those interested on my street team will get a custom code to share with their followers. 10% of Beventi shop (my signed copy shop) if they use all the coupons they receive 50% or a free tshirt mentioned above. I’m hoping to get some new book sales -pitch it! This is an indie author game show I created and sign ups are still open. I can put the link in the comments for anyone interested. This is on TikTok live. I’m hoping to connect readers and authors in the same space while having fun and discussing books in a new fun way.

Debut Lithium & Let’s Plays
https://kellychyllenewrites.com/books/ This is my debut Lithium & Let’s Plays. Although it’s romance I’ve been told self-discovery takes the main focus. Genre: Contemporary Fiction, Romance, New Adult, Disabled Stories, Own Voice Blurb: Tess wants nothing more than to return to college, but after her first manic episode, with psychosis, she must take a medical leave from school to recover and understand her bipolar diagnosis. When everything feels outside of her control, she finds solace in a popular competitive video game. Online, she meets Cade, and they begin to find success competing together for money. Tess loves having a teammate who doesn’t know about all her baggage. Over time, their chemistry starts to reach a new level. After qualifying for an in-person tournament, Tess realizes that it may be impossible to keep these two parts of her life separate, and Cade might not be everything she made him out to be. Tropes: Mental Health, Grumpy x Sunshine (Flipped since Tess is Grumpy), Online Friends to Lovers, Self-Acceptance, Therapy, Gaming, Bipolar Representation, Slow Burn
Just letting go
I’m working on my 3rd book and the theme is blue. I want this book to have drama, invoke tears, and just ups and downs to give all the feels. I’m having a hard time letting go and putting my characters through it all. I have a spicy motorcycle romance series. So we’ve known the characters for 2 books already it’s just these two side characters turn to shine. As much as I want this to be sad I’m having a hard time hurting the characters I love so much. I’ve started over 5 different times each tweaked from the time before. Really trying to get myself in a F it mood and just go for it. Anyone else have to get over hurting characters they love?
