I’m a long time (15+ yrs now) vegan and Registered Nurse who is forever fascinated by the healing powers of plants and supporting others to explore and navigate the transition toward a more holistic plant-based lifestyle. One of the ways I share my love is through cooking and am always looking for ways to create food that nourishes the body and soul. I dabble in baking, fermenting, and a lot of cooking from scratch. I also grow/manage a 1/4 acre permaculture-based food garden and progressively building toward growing the majority of the produce we use, and a small market garden. Our current focus is on expanding our garlic and winecap mushroom crops. If anyone else would like to introduce themselves please feel free to share!
