Alright Ladies... did you write down the most common excuse that you use? I did!
Now... I want you to take that excuse... and rewrite it as a responsibility. This changes the perspective on utilizing excuses and making it more powerful and doable so you can get it done.
Here's mine:
Excuse: I'll do it later.
Responsibility: I don't push things off - I choose the time, commit to it and plan with purpose.
It sounds different... and it even feels different. It allows me to remove the excuse and put a plan to whatever needs to be done.
Make sure you're writing in your journal. This is a step you want to continue to use when you feel the excuses are more than the productivity.
