Day 1: Mental Health Journal Challenge
Happy Tuesday.
Sometimes the reason we feel overwhelmed isn't because we have too little time, it's because we've been carrying too much mentally. Things like unfinished tasks, overthinking, stress, pressure, emotions we never paused long enough to process.
Today is not about organizing it perfectly, today is about releasing it.
PROMPT: What thoughts, worries, unfinished tasks or emotions have been mentally exhausting you lately.
Grab your journal and write!
AFFIRMATION: I do not have to carry everything at once.
PLAN: Set aside 15 minutes over the next 5 days to journal. I've set my time for 6:30pm.
