NEW PR!
I was brimming with confidence as I geared up to smash a new personal record! There was a little edge of uncertainty about the risk of injury, but I pushed through those nerves. And guess what? I totally crushed it—hitting three amazing reps at my new PR! New PR in the next few weeks? Shall see in the future!
