🌿 5-Minute Pilates Break
Feeling stiff after sitting at a desk, working from home, or just having one of those days? Why not take 5 minutes for yourself and try this little Pilates routine: ✨ 10 Cat-Cows ✨ 10 Glute Bridges ✨ 10 Bird Dogs (each side) ✨ 10 Shoulder Rolls forwards & backwards ✨ Child’s Pose – 30 seconds ✨ Deep Breathing – 5 slow breaths That’s it! 💙 You don’t have to do a full workout to feel the benefits. A few minutes of mindful movement can help release tension, improve mobility and leave you feeling refreshed. If you give it a go, comment DONE below or let us know which exercise felt the best.
