New Instructor tip of the day!
Grab a note card & list 6-8 exercises on one side, and on the other side list your favorite cues, just in case you draw a blank. As a new teacher sometimes nerves get the best of you. Keep the card nearby but out of sight. So much better to be over-prepared than underprepared. ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ป. Iโve been teaching Pilates for 26 years and I still do thisโฆjust in case ๐คฉ
