Look for: • Lessons From the Sidelines • Parent Stories • Ask-a-Coach • Film Talk • Athlete Wins 3. Explore your tier perks ("Varsity" and HoF tiers are beginning to be populated now). Free = community. Good starting point. Parents, athletes, coaches, recruiters, and business professionals may want to take it up a notch after a while. Varsity = tools, guides, training, interviews, and more. This will be the sweet spot for most "involved" parents, coaches, recruiters, and business types. Hall of Fame = workshops, templates, more interviews, and direct access. Extra perks will be provided free as they become available, and THE FIRST 10 HoF MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE 1 FREE YEAR's membership they can use for their next renewal, or pass on to a friend or colleague. This tier is where the "mastermind group" will reside. Conversation, interviews, Q&A, and a peer-to-peer advisory space, where we can all benefit from each other's experience when dealing with issues we face as parents, coaches, managers... Invite someone who’d benefit, A coach, parent, or athlete you trust. That’s it. Jump in.

Rules Man...Rules.
1. Respect first. We don’t have to agree, but we don’t treat people like garbage. 2. No tearing down kids. Ever. Talk about behaviour, not the kid. 3. No politics. No drama. This is football, family, and development. Keep it there. 4. Disagree like an adult. Debate ideas, not people. 5. No sales or self-promotion. If you’re here to pitch stuff, wrong community. 6. Share wins. Share failures. Everyone learns more that way. 7. Protect privacy. No posting sensitive info about minors, teams, or other families without permission. If you can follow these, you’re good.

WELCOME TO LESSONS FROM THE SIDELINES
Glad you’re here. I’m Brent. A long-time football coach, business/leadership guy, dad, and someone who’s spent most of his life around teams, locker rooms, and spending long nights on cold sidelines through the end of November (I'm Canadian...we wrap things up a bit early up here to not die of exposure... stories and survival tips to follow) every year, wondering why we do this to ourselves and remembering exactly why. This community is simple: A place for athletes, parents, coaches, business types, and football families to share stories, learn from each other, and talk about the stuff that actually matters- confidence, toughness, growth, setbacks, leadership, team culture, and real life. If you’re looking for drama or politics, you won’t find that here. If you’re looking for honest conversations, a safe place to ask "stuff", share stuff, get practical tools, and a community of supportive, knowledgeable folks, you’re in the right place. As this community grows, we need your help. (no running lines or anything, just a bit of sharing with the group to help us gain momentum. How to get started 1. Introduce yourself. Share stuff like: • Who you are • Your role (parent, athlete, business pro, coach, etc.) • Your team or level • A win, a challenge, or a story (funny, introspective, cathartic, exasperating... whatever gets you sharing) that you are willing to share with us... Bonus points if it's about football in some way. Post in #introductions. 2. Jump into the weekly threads As we build, you’ll see regular: • Lessons From the Sidelines • Parent Spotlights • Athlete Shoutouts • Ask-a-Coach • Film or play discussions Comment. Ask questions. Make requests or suggestions. Share. This only works if people talk. 3. Check your tier benefits Depending on your level, you’ll have access to training posts, parent guides, tools, workshops, and more. The content will take some time to build, so upgrade anytime if you want the deeper stuff. What this community is about

Football VS Baseball… we are not the same.
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRmkrGugbGs/?igsh=MTBqcWxoOGg3NGEzdA== While I believe all sports are opportunities for growth and development… they are not all the same. Am I biased? Yes. Yes, I am.
