Contents of the home will be free between 8-11am. I’m limited to only 10 photos. 280 Devon Drive., San Rafael EXCEPTION- NO appliances, items that would require a screwdriver to be removed from any part of the house, no paint, nothing “part of the house” (I.e., curtains, spare tile, filters, screens), any item marked NOT FOR SALE. Nothing in the front or back yard/patio. PLEASE BRING HELP if you intend on getting any furniture item. This is one of those “upside down” homes - the main part of the house is upstairs. I am asking for 100% total respect for the home - meaning no destruction or “dragging” of items on floors or banging of walls etc.

Where are all of you?! As my dad use to say “shake a leg” and grab our legs. He was a Master Sergeant in the army and use to do 4am inspections. We had so many minutes to get up and clean the house. Abuse? Nah - I wake up easily to anything, usually not grumpy, and ready to go. The catch? I’m asleep by 5-6pm…. That’s when I’m a true grump. This is why I am an early riser (3:30-4am). Only people I can call knowing they’d answer are my siblings. I won’t be as visible and out and about, I’m fighting a cold and will be wearing a mask. Lots of clothing! And guess what??? I’m changing the $1 to DONATION ONLY. But please limit on jackets and blankets so everyone can share in. I also have umbrellas in the back if anyone wants one.

We also have customers who are reluctant to risk any of their items selling for $5 (which we would then not advise them going the online auction route). I love tinkering with new software - I found one where antique stores/malls use which is actually pretty “neato” (showing my age here!). The wheels were jacked (huhby fixed them) and I have to use a metal pin to open one of the doors, but that's just character, right?
