A Skeptic's List of everything wrong in Physics today

I would appreciate your clarity on a few items:

I want to build a laundry list of everything that is "wrong" with today's cosmology.

I know you mentioned a few concepts here and there but I think it would be useful if we came up with a "menu" of topics that you can go over.

For me, it stopped being clear in Grade 12 physics and the second course in university physics. People smarter than me with long titles and Ph.D. and who worked on the Manhattan Project did some cool science on bombs and all of a sudden it was the start of the Cold War and physics belonged to them and the public was taken along for the ride.

But all along, many people found it really hard to reconcile what can be observed with their abstract theories, which work well on paper in math equations but just don't seem connected to reality. But as long as their work produced something tangible, we all trusted that their models must be more or less accurate.

The true Elementary Particles and their elementary-ness and charge

What they were doing in the very beginning of Time

Angular momentum and rotational energy

Why they had to divide

What the divisions led to

Evidence of divisions

Poking holes in commonly accepted theories and where do they break down

Subsequent findings that can be explained without their theories

Quarks and Quantum Chromodynamics

Views on Quantum Model

What are the large colliders measuring if not what they purport to measure?
