No one knows you take photos unless you tell them
Last weekend, I went to support a friend who was the DJ at an event...the event was a pond skim at a local ski resort. While there, I took photos of some skiers and snowboarders attempting to glide across a small pool. I ended up connecting with some of the contestants and emailing them their images the next day.
The response has been great, people are asking me to take their family photos this spring and summer. Now they know who to email when they need photos! The same thing happened at my gym, I was chatting with the manager and it came up that he was engaged, now I'm booked to take his 'Save the Date' photos in a couple months. I'm just suggesting, tell people what you do more often!
