Consistency Will Take You Where Motivation Never Will
I almost didn't show up today. I had every intention of creating a video the other day, but life got in the way, and it didn't happen. For a moment, I started telling myself the same story so many of us do... "I'll get back to it later." Then I realized something. Purpose isn't built by being perfect. It's built by being consistent. Consistency doesn't mean you never miss a day. It means you don't let one missed day become a reason to quit. Every time you choose to get back up, you're one step closer to the life God has called you to live. So if you've been waiting for the "perfect" time to start again, let today be that day. Take one small step. Then another. Before you know it, you'll look back and realize those small, faithful steps changed your life. Your purpose is still waiting for you. Keep showing up. 💙 Tamara Patrick Transformational Life Coach | Army Veteran | Author #ConsistencyMatters #PurposeDrivenLife #KeepShowingUp #PivotWithPurpose #PhoenixRising #StillRising #FaithOverFear #LifeAfter50 #PersonalGrowth #Transformation #RestartWithPurpose #OneStepAtATime

Consistency Will Take You Where Motivation Never Will
Talkative Tuesday
What would you love to talk about today? Tell your story. Tell me about you.
📌 Life Coach vs Licensed Therapist
Life coaching is undergoing a significant transformation. As state regulatory boards increase their oversight, the boundary between goal-oriented coaching and clinical mental health therapy is beginning to be more strictly enforced. It is no longer sufficient to simply state that you are not a therapist; your actual practice and marketing must reflect that distinction. This free progam, which could be offered at US297.00 or more, provides a vital overview of recent legislative crackdowns, such as the landmark 2025 Utah Senate Bill 48, and offers a comprehensive guide to "red flag" language that could trigger a legal investigation. Life Coach vs Licensed Therapist is a must read for any life coach, in any niche, who wishes to maintain a sustainable, ethical, and legally compliant practice. ✨ What if you're not stuck?
What if you're just scared to start again? I've had more than one season in my life where I thought I had reached the end of the road. Leaving the military, changing careers, becoming a life coach... every new chapter came with uncertainty and more questions than answers. Looking back, I wasn't stuck. I was standing between who I had been and who I was becoming. Maybe that's where you are today. If fear has been convincing you to stay where it's comfortable, I want to remind you of something: You don't have to have the whole plan. You don't have to know every step. You just have to be willing to take the next one. Sometimes the smallest step of faith becomes the biggest turning point in your life. If you've been waiting for a sign to begin again... Maybe this is it. 💙 What's one small step you can take today toward the life you know you're meant to live? 👇 Share it in the comments. I'd love to encourage you. #StillRising #PivotWithPurpose #RestartingYou #PurposeDrivenLife #LifeTransitions #Transformation #FaithOverFear #PersonalGrowth #KeepMovingForward #LifeCoaching

Accepting Your Purpose Doesn't Mean Feeling Ready
Accepting Your Purpose Doesn’t Mean Feeling Ready What if the only thing standing between you and your purpose is believing you're ready? When I discovered my purpose, I didn't feel qualified. I didn't feel prepared. I didn't feel like I had all the answers. In fact, I felt anything but ready. But I've learned something over the years: Purpose doesn't wait until you're confident. Purpose doesn't wait until you're comfortable. Purpose doesn't wait until you have everything figured out. Sometimes the hardest thing to accept isn't what happened to us. It's who we're becoming. It's accepting that maybe we're capable of more than we believe. It's accepting that God may be calling us to something bigger than our fears. You don't have to feel ready to take the first step. You just have to be willing. 💙 Stop waiting for perfect confidence. Your purpose has been waiting for you long enough. #PurposeDriven #PivotWithPurpose #PhoenixRising #StillRising #FaithJourney #RiseAnyway #PersonalGrowth #Acceptance
