Most people try to avoid their wounds.
I’ve started writing into mine.
Not to stay stuck in the pain…but to understand it.
Because every time I’ve felt stuck, rejected, or lost there was a story I was telling myself:• “I’m not good enough”• “I’m behind”• “I’m not built for this”
But when you actually sit down and write into those moments, something shifts.
You stop running… and start seeing.
You realize: The wound wasn’t there to break you it was there to show you something.
Lately I’ve been asking myself: What meaning did I give to my past experiences? What did I blame… and do I still carry it? How has it shaped the way I move today?
That kind of honesty is uncomfortable. But it’s also powerful.
Because once you see it clearly… you can change it.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, maybe don’t avoid it this time Write into it.
You might find strength where you thought there was only pain.
