I picked up The Rose Expert by Dr D G Hessayon – an absolute classic.
Proof that the weather doesn’t stop people flogging their stuff… and it doesn’t stop gardeners hunting for wisdom either 😄
There’s something really comforting about these old-school gardening books – no trends, no fluff, just solid advice that still works decades later.
Honestly, one of my favourite finds in a long time 🌿
