Takeaways for me: (1) Really nailing in on the Client's WHY so that they understand the importance of the appt. & want to commit to it; (2) tying down the appt by listening to queues & addressing if there's uncertainty with the appt. Stressing to the client that my time is important, so need to communicate if time needs to change because there are so many other families to help; then sending a reminder text the morning of the appt.
It's been an insane week for me, so only had a little bit of time today to make calls and I managed 3 appts. I feel confident that they'll show up & fingers crossed I can close the sales 😃🤞!!
