Lately I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to ignore the quiet signs our body (and mind) are giving us. The tiredness we push through.The stress we normalize.The nights we tell ourselves “this is just how it is now.” For a long time, I wore being busy and exhausted like a badge of honor. I told myself I’d slow down later. I’d take better care of myself when things weren’t so hectic. But at some point, I realized something had to change. Not because everything was falling apart…But because I didn’t want to wait until it did. What matters most to me now is feeling present. Having energy for the people I love. Waking up without that heavy, run-down feeling and pretending it’s normal. I’m learning that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s foundational. In the fall, I stood at a temple in Tokyo and pulled a fortune from a wall covered in thousands of them. It was a beautiful peacefull moment. It spoke about business going well. I am working with a USA based USDA certified hemp, CBD company. Great products. We have a fully automated AI based attraction marketing system that is spot on brilliant. ( created by an MIT software Engineer.) I am learning about CBD and Hemp inspired by my dad, a Nobel Prize nominated scientist. I am attracting new customers through social media. When generating funding it's who they know. It turns out everone on the planet is only a few connections from everyone else.
