Pick one discipline you want to work on and sort some way of recording results.
I’m going to be focusing on 10 meter shots and my technique to hit at this distance without strain or over throwing too hard.
My way of measuring will be having a log that I have to throw over which will be 10cm or less in front and I’ll have 12 attempts and record my results.
Bonus points if you record it on video and report back each week
