Well, From when they land on your website to the artwork delivery and even after that, you need to deliver an amazing and unforgettable experience, not just amazing photos or prints/artwork.
How do you do this?
Think about how you can make your client feel special and appreciated. It doesn’t need to cost you much. It could be a handwritten note with their artwork delivery, a pack of homemade treats for their dog after their session, a special letter board welcoming them when they come to the studio. These little things will make a difference.
