New Podcast Episode released today - Guest Interview with Jes Wasik
This week on The Pet Photographers’ Journal, I sat down with Jes Wasik to talk about how she’s built a pet photography business that actually works for her. Jes has figured out how to book clients consistently without constant calls, hustle, or being glued to socials and she’s really leaned into creating a business that matches her personality and lifestyle. Inside the episode we cover: - Where most of her bookings really come from - How she sets boundaries while still keeping bookings steady - The mindset shifts that helped her create a business she actually enjoys running If you’ve ever felt like you’re running your business in a way that doesn’t quite feel like you, you’ll love this one. 👉 Listen here on Captivate FM Click here to listen on Spotify Click here to listen on Apple Podcast What’s one thing you’ve done (or want to do) to make your business feel more like you? How to get clients to rave about you
When you have clients raving about you, they’ll be sharing your work and doing the marketing for you through referrals and also repeat business So how do you make this happen? Well, From when they land on your website to the artwork delivery and even after that, you need to deliver an amazing and unforgettable experience, not just amazing photos or prints/artwork. How do you do this? Think about how you can make your client feel special and appreciated. It doesn’t need to cost you much. It could be a handwritten note with their artwork delivery, a pack of homemade treats for their dog after their session, a special letter board welcoming them when they come to the studio. These little things will make a difference. I’d love to know what other ideas you have that can elevate your client experience. Let’s chat below.
