1. Run regional and/or dedicated lanes only! Keep deadhead to a minimum. 2. Ask for a fuel surcharge! Even .10 to .20 pe mile can help! 3. Keep a close eye on the cost per mile? If diesel jumps your cost per mile is being affected as well! Don't panic!!!
