Introduction

Hi everyone! My name is Alicia from Central Pennsylvania. I live with my husband and two young daughters on 1.75 acres of land nestled between the Appalachian Mountains and Susquehanna River. I am a stay-at-home mom and part time online student studying Environmental Science at Southern New Hampshire University. I am slowly incorporating homesteading into our life, learning canning/preserving, making meals from scratch, and herbal medicine. We are planning to build a raised garden bed and fruit orchard next year, plus a wildflower meadow. We have bigger plans to grow a food forest in the near future.
