Has anybody's doctors suggested low dose testosterone to help out with peri? Two doctors recommended it for my wife. What are your thoughts?

It's supposed to help you build and maintain muscle while taking a GLP-1. My friend Claire tried it too, and she said she noticed a little more muscle definition by the end of her 9 weeks on it. Semaglutide: It worked great at first. I took it to lose 10 pounds, and I did. I've kept the weight off by microdosing it. Recently, I switched to Tirzepatide. I liked the change, I felt about the same on it, but it really helped curb cravings, even for wine, which is a good thing every once in a while. I'm interested in trying the peptide that helps with tanning, and I'm also curious about the one that's supposed to support hair, skin, and nail health. Which ones have you done/are you doing?
