Quick tip โœจ
Do you use baby powder in your work? Why or why not? Iโ€™m curious what you think ๐Ÿ’… I like using a little baby powder before pushing the cuticle with a pusher. It helps absorb extra moisture and gives a cleaner result.
I just uploaded a new YouTube video ๐Ÿ’…
Itโ€™s about this structured French design with an extension on paper forms. This style is very popular right now. https://youtu.be/CkuNGOrC3TY?si=r2hnpKEZ8rSKM3eT Have you watched it yet? Iโ€™d love to know what you think ๐Ÿค
๐Ÿ’ญ Something important I want to talk about today
Today during work I felt a sharp pain in my wrist. Nothing dramatic but it made me pause. In our profession we use our hands all day every day. Repetitive movements pressure speed and tension all add up. And very often we normalize pain instead of listening to it. I want to say this clearly. Pain is not something we should ignore or push through. It does not mean something is wrong with you. It does not mean you are weak or doing a bad job. It simply means your body is asking for attention. Everyoneโ€™s situation is different. That is why there is no one size fits all solution and why seeing a professional when something hurts is so important. Our hands are our career. Taking care of them is not optional. It is part of being a professional. If you have ever felt discomfort pain or tension while working you are not alone. Please be kind to yourself and do not ignore the signs ๐Ÿค If this resonates with you feel free to share your thoughts below or simply leave a ๐Ÿค so others know they are not alone either.
My Last Days in Thailand ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ
I finally uploaded my first YouTube vlog ๐Ÿค Itโ€™s a very personal video. My last days in Thailand, real moments, and a little piece of my life. If you feel like watching something calm and honest, Iโ€™d really love you to watch it. Tell me what you think after ๐Ÿ’ฌ https://youtu.be/puF0Jwp1Vv4?si=i072Nl-GpKv7K6bD
