I am 50 female, in menopause, I lift heavy 5 days a week. Started Tirz in July. Down 20pounds. According to “smart scale” I have lost 5 pounds muscle but my percentage of skeletal muscle has not changed 48.5% (very high for a female my age - so I’m happy)
