Accidentally reconstituted my reta too fast and some went right into the compound. Am I cooked or will it be “less” potent or quality because I’m not trying to waste my time with it and I’ll just buy a new one lol
Also I’ve only lost 4 pounds in a month slowly to titrating my dosage up from .5 twice a week all the way up to now at 2mg twice a week. Mind you tho I don’t have much fat to lose I’m a 228lbs and 17% body fat baseball player who lifts 4 times a week on top of baseball 2-3 times a week and eat 95% clean and definitely get my protein and fiber.
