Accidentally reconstituted my reta too fast and some went right into the compound. Am I cooked or will it be “less” potent or quality because I’m not trying to waste my time with it and I’ll just buy a new one lol Also I’ve only lost 4 pounds in a month slowly to titrating my dosage up from .5 twice a week all the way up to now at 2mg twice a week. Mind you tho I don’t have much fat to lose I’m a 228lbs and 17% body fat baseball player who lifts 4 times a week on top of baseball 2-3 times a week and eat 95% clean and definitely get my protein and fiber. Currently 18 days in, 10 days on, 6 off, first day of the next 10 on. Mental clarity, higher awareness through the day, no high energy boost or anything (in fact I can feel unmotivated at times, on task I’m supposed to do but do now want to do lol though still clear minded. if that makes sense). At the end of the first 10 days, I felt like I needed a rest in that it was too cerebral, more hazy than I should be. Taking a break cleared that up. During the break I maintained clarity without the haze. Aiming to not run it after this cycle ends because improvements will hold, it is supposed to. I really love the clarity from semax. It’s 1000x better than coffee or other stronger nootropics like modafinil and its variants. Will update here. (I’m a complete noob)
