๐Ÿ“š New to Research Peptides? Read This Before Your First Post
I keep seeing the same posts daily: - "How much of X per week?" - "How much bac water for X peptide?" - "Can someone tell me exactly what to do?" Here's the truth: You're setting yourself up for failure. โŒ DON'T do this: - Blindly follow random advice from strangers - Message research companies asking for dosing help (you'll get them in legal trouble - their products are RESEARCH USE ONLY) - Expect others to do the work for you โœ… DO this instead: 1. Start with the basics - Complete the peptide beginner course in our classroom 2. Learn the fundamentals - Master terminology and conversions (ml to units, mg to mcg, etc.) 3. Watch tutorials - Check out reconstitution guides on YouTube or our classroom page 4. Take your time - I spent 6 months researching before starting. You should invest at least 30-60 minutes learning the basics. Why this matters: 30 minutes of education now will save you months of confusion, wasted money, and potential safety issues later. Remember: This community exists to help you learn and grow, but you need to put in the work first. Come prepared with specific questions after you've done your homework. Tampering
We obviously know that all the US vendors get their peptides from the gray market. How are we able to tell if a 50mg peptide wasnโ€™t tampered or open to fill it into a 10mg vial? I assume if that were to happen you can risk contamination?

Why Your Lab Rat Might Feel "Off" After Starting Glutathione (And What To Do About It)
If your lab rat has started glutathione and felt surprisingly worse before feeling better, this is common. Here's what's actually happening: Why Some Lab Rats Experience Initial Side Effects: Detox Overload โ€“ Glutathione is the body's master detoxifier. When levels spike suddenly, it can mobilize stored toxins faster than elimination pathways can handle them. This can trigger headaches, fatigue, or mild nausea in the lab rat. Herxheimer Reaction โ€“ As toxins get released into the system, the lab rat might experience temporary flu-like symptoms. This "die-off" response usually means the glutathione is working, but the body needs time to clear what's being released. Baseline Depletion โ€“ If the lab rat was already severely depleted, the sudden increase can create an imbalance as the body scrambles to adjust and redistribute resources. How To Make The Transition Smoother: โœ… Start low and go slow: Begin with 50mg 1-3x per week, then gradually work up to 200mg 1-3x per week over several weeks โœ… Keep the lab rat well-hydrated to support detox pathways โœ… Support liver function with NAC, milk thistle, or a clean, whole-foods diet โœ… Be patient โ€“ these effects typically resolve within days to a couple weeks Bottom line: The lab rat feeling temporarily worse doesn't mean glutathione isn't right for them. It often means the body is adapting to powerful cellular support. Give it time, adjust dosing if needed, and most lab rats find these initial effects fade as their system recalibrates. PS: I think 100mg was a bit much for my lab rat, who is currently sick. Has your lab rat experienced this? Drop your experience below ๐Ÿ‘‡
