Question for taking a break
Looking for some input. Going on vacay in 3 wks. for 10 days and currently on R£t@ at 4mg for the last 3 months. Started in Jan. And lost almost 20 lbs. alcohol currently makes me nauseous/sick with just a couple drinks. Was wondering if I stopped now for my vacay and then restarted when I returned, what are your thoughts? That would be almost a 5 week break. Would I need to start with a starting dose again? Would like to enjoy some adult beverages on vacay. Thank you 😊
