I got my Order apparently already 2 Days ago but my USPS shipping didn’t update. Now it sat in the Garage Mailbox for 2 Days 🥴 Is it still good?

As in my titel, the last couple weeks were frustrating and painful. The meds had me rette n water, accelerated my inflammation and i gained 14 lbs. I just started microdosing again but feel the food noise. I wonder how the steroids change possibly how i should restart? Any advice? I so react strongly to meds in general and never had to exceed the starting dose of 2.5mg of Tirz.

Hi, I reached out to my PCP today and asked about a GLP-1 and they referred me to the site Jade Nexus for Triz. No other information included. I went down a rabbit hole today and looking for information and happened to find your page. Lots of helpful information and I feel I have an idea what I need to do.
