Valor Peptides Updated Their Lyophilization Process — Full Reconstitution Video

I mentioned this last week, but Valor just made a meaningful change to their lyophilization process. A lot of you were running into issues where bacteriostatic water would squirt back out during reconstitution, or the water wouldn't pull into the vial the way it should with a properly vacuum-sealed peptide.

Their new chemist added a step at the end of the process — after nitrogen sealing, they now heat the vials to ensure they still pull a vacuum just like a standard vacuum-sealed peptide would. Simple fix, big difference.

In this video, I reconstitute two different Tesamorelin 32mg vials side by side so you can see the difference for yourself:

The vial with the X on the label is the old version (before the process change)
The clean label is the new version with the updated lyophilization step

Watch the full video to see how differently the water behaves between the two. It's a noticeable improvement.

This is the kind of stuff that matters — when a vendor actually listens to feedback and makes changes to improve their product. Good on Valor for addressing it.
