I know some of you have been waiting on orders or dealing with issues from RetaoneLabs during Black Friday — wanted to give you some context.
They got absolutely slammed with orders during the sale. Like, way more than they anticipated. On top of that, UPS was losing packages left and right (which unfortunately happened across a lot of carriers this holiday rush). They brought on additional customer support but honestly weren't fully prepared for the volume that came through.
Mistakes happen. I've met the owner personally and he's committed to doing this the right way and making things right when issues come up.

- Order number
- Email on the order
- Shipping address
- What the issue is
