MOTS-C, I Missed You 🫡
Took a break from MOTS-C during my bulking phase, but I was getting really lethargic overall and decided to add it back in at a tiny research amount — just 0.5 mg. That's it.
And man… the burst of energy is real.
I've stacked SS-31 and MOTS-C together in the past, and after running that combo twice, I decided to simplify this time — just a little MOTS-C on its own, away from my workouts. My typical setup is fasted cardio in the morning with the MOTS-C right beforehand, then I'll train later in the day.
I truly believe the devil is in titrating up way too high. Get away with the lowest effective dose. I just forgot how strong this stuff is at even 0.5 mg.
