I am going to use this scenario as a teaching opportunity for all of you, as I have seen many unpleasant customer emails in this industry. My package from Alpha Omega was marked as delivered by FedEx yesterday, and I never received anything. As you can see from the video, the driver pretty much stole it.
Instead of getting mad at Alpha Omega I:
- Filed a Claim with FedEx
- Reached out to Alpha Omega's customer service email
- Now I wait for around 24 hours (It's Sunday, I don't need or want a response today, everyone has lives)
- I will send a follow-up email on Monday night if I don't hear anything back
Give these companies time, and I guarantee you they will work to make the situation right. Even if someone on their end messed up, we are all humans and make mistakes. Sometimes companies are not kind back, but trust me, being patient and kind will only benefit you. Hope this helps. I will update the thread to show you how they respond.
