Whatever type of exercise you can get in today — whether it's just going for a walk, or something more intense like cardio/lifting — those lifestyle factors are going to contribute a lot more to your success than you think.
Build the habits now, especially if you're on a GLP. Make this a lifelong journey, not just a temporary phase.
