I mentioned it this morning, but I just went through and did a full COA check on every single company listed on peptideprice.store. Took me about 4 hours to get through — but it's done. The good news: roughly 95% of products were fully in compliance with my 6-month COA freshness standard. A couple were creeping toward the 9-month mark, which I wasn't comfortable with. I'll be reaching out to those vendors over the next few days to either get retesting done or move to a new batch.
Kudos to the vendors out there keeping it transparent. That matters.
Now — a few things I want to address publicly, because accountability goes both ways:
1. Valor Customer Service
Emails were getting responses, but it was inconsistent. Some days there was genuinely no customer service at all. I finally pushed on them directly, and they're bringing on a full-time customer service rep.
Going forward, Valor will have support:
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
This is the standard you guys deserve.
2. Ascension Peptides
As you know, Ascension is running their flash sale right now until their payment processor goes down. After that, the site will be shut off until they find a new processor.
Here's what matters for the price tool: when Ascension is re-listed, only products with net content AND net purity on their COAs will be posted. They've had long enough working with MZBioLabs to get updated COAs on new batches. The old batches will not be listed.
Ascension has had great customer service — no complaints there. But the bare minimum to be fair to every vendor is that net purity and net content are non-negotiable. That standard applies across the board, no exceptions.
3. Renova Peptides Customer Service
They've been getting better at responding to emails. There was a stretch where customer service was essentially broken. I've made them directly aware that this is a priority — especially Monday through Friday — because you need to know what's going on with your orders.
I'm keeping a close eye on this.
The real value of PeptidePrice, in my opinion, has always been the attention to detail on testing and pushing for transparency in this space. That's not changing. We only get better day by day. Thank you guys for all your support. 🤝
